Take Your RZR Turbo R to the Next Level
Do the most with your RZR Turbo R by installing a set of 8” GDP Portals. They give you the ground clearance you need to fit up to 42” tires, and you can select your own gear reduction—45%, 60%, or 70% . If that’s not enough to impress you, choose our most extreme portal lift with dual idlers. With our GDP portals installed, you’ll defiently be the talk of the trail.

What is a Dual Idler?
Perfecting our secret sauce didn’t come naturally—we’ve spent years researching and testing our work. Today we’re proud to say that our dual idler isn’t like anything on the market. We placed a second idler gear in the portal box, so the load gets spread over twice as much surface area giving you more reliable torque transfer. And the strongest gear set you’ve ever seen. How does it work? We’ve engineerd the two idler gears to be mated perfectly by our precision CNC grinding techniques. Not to mention, our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy.

We Know All About Mud
Everyone knows you can’t truly enjoy mud pits if you’re not rolling on GDP. The extra lift will keep you from getting swamped in deep bogs and also give you room for bigger tires. And don’t even get us started on the torque boost! Our gear reduction—either 45%, 60%, or 70%—will have you cutting through the mud like it’s nothing.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
With the gear reduction all the way at the hub, you get reduced stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. That means your components will last longer than stock even though you’re riding harder.

Learn more about how tire size and gear reduction can unleash your machine’s potential.

The Strongest Portal Housings and Backing Plates You Can Get
We use an advanced steel alloy for our backing plates. They’re stronger than chromoly and at 5/16 inches thick, they’ll stand up to anything and everything the trail throws at you. We’ve also spent years tweaking and honing our portal housings to make them as strong as possible. With tens of thousands of housings in the wild proving their strength every weekend, you know you’re getting the best. So go with cast or super-sleek, USA-made billet aluminum—either way, you’re getting the best.
  • Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
  • Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
  • Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
  • There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:
  • Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
  • A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
  • Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
  • Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing
