Fitment: 2022–2024 Polaris RZR Turbo R with the 31-spline front differential.
The Torq-Masters FS-20031 Full Spool replaces the two factory hubs and sprague assembly with a solid, American-made 9310 hardened-alloy-steel spool. It removes the small moving parts commonly involved in front-differential failures and locks both front axle shafts together for maximum traction.
Important operating notes
- Permanent full-spool operation: both front axle shafts turn at the same speed.
- 2WD is eliminated: installation removes the ability to shift the machine into 2WD.
- Steering effort increases: a locked front end can take more effort to steer.
- Ring gear not included.
- Reuse the existing bearings or install new bearings during assembly.

RS1 and Turbo R differentials are comparable, but use application-specific components. FS-20031 is the 31-spline Turbo R version; the RS1 version is FS-20028.
