96mm Big Bore Cylinder Kit (Fits Polaris 900 RZR & Ranger 900)
Unleash the full potential of your Polaris 900. This 96mm Big Bore Kit delivers massive increases in both horsepower and torque, pushing your machine to 100+ crankshaft horsepower. That is an incredible jump from the stock 74 HP RZR motor, and an even bigger leap for the 60 HP or 68 HP Ranger motor.
We take a stock 900 cylinder, precision-bore it, and Nikasil-plate it to our exact specifications to ensure maximum durability and performance.

Compression Configuration Options
Choose the compression ratio that best matches your setup during checkout:
- 12:1 Compression Ratio: Standard setup optimized for pump gas.

What to send in: Send your cylinder only. However, if you are also purchasing our high-performance camshafts or custom cylinder head porting work, you must also include your stock camshafts or cylinder head.
