Once this performance exhaust system has been installed on your vehicle, the vehicle is considered For Competition Use Only. Per EPA regulation §1068.235, modifying nonroad equipment for competition use exempts them from standard emission requirements without request, provided the following conditions are met:
- Owners must destroy the original emission labels installed by the manufacturer.
- If the vehicle is sold or transferred, the new owner must be informed in writing that the vehicle may be used only for competition.
