We take extra care when shipping our springs and the insurance provides coverage for any circumstances that arise outside of our control.We also have spring compressors available that ensure a smoother process during install.What's IncludedFull Kit - 2 Front Springs & 2 Rear SpringsFront Springs Only - 2 Springs Rear Springs Only - 2 Springs Tender and Dual Rate Spring Installation Instructions⚠️ IMPORTANT: Final adjustment is based on ride height, not just preload.Initial Setup & MeasurementsPark the machine on level ground and set it in Park.Measure and record:Front Ride Height: At the forward lower A-arm mount.Rear Ride Height: Just below the rear tow hook.Clean and lubricate all shock threads using a wire brush and a WD-40 type lubricant.Front Spring InstallationLift and secure the front of the machine.Remove front shocks and place them in a vise.Loosen the large top spanner nut all the way down to the reservoir (use holes/grooves for leverage).Remove the lower coupler and slide off the springs.Install the new tender springs.Thread the spanner nut down until it touches the top of the tender spring, then add 1 additional inch of preload.Reinstall the shocks (do not fine-tune yet).Lower the machine and move it 3–5 feet forward and backward to settle the suspension.Measure ride height and adjust as needed:Nut Down = Raises machineNut Up = Lowers machine✅ Note: This is a baseline setting. Every machine varies due to accessories.
